Wolvercote is welcoming a new resident

For nearly 30 years, Connection Support has been providing housing support in Oxfordshire to those most in need. The charity has grown over the years, expanding to cover both Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire too. But in keeping with their roots, they’ve opted to keep the move of their head office local, and are excited to be calling Wolvercote home.

Connection Support’s mission is to help people in their local community become sustainably housed and live as independently as possible. To achieve this, they run over 30 different support services and are experts in homelessness, mental health, parental mentoring, refugee resettlement and young people – in the last year alone, the charity has supported over 5,000 people.
Previously based in Cowley, Connection Support will soon be opening its doors at The Old School, First Turn, Wolvercote. The move of their head office comes as the charity continues to grow and a location with more facilities was sought after. From mid-August, the team will take up residence in their new office space and would welcome the opportunity to talk with locals about their work, so encourage you to pop in.
